Our goal for the initial consultation is to fully analyze your needs and discuss the space and its potential, whether it is a remodel, new build, or furnishings-only project. You can expect that we will talk about your lifestyle needs, how you use your home now and how you wish to, solutions and ideas to achieve your grand vision, as we like to call it. This is the time to let us know those big dreams for your home. We have the expertise, tools, resources, relationships to help you accomplish the grand vision for your home with your sanity intact. We usually start with a detailed run through of your floor plans (that you may send ahead of time), a camera walk through and photos and videos (that you may send ahead of our meeting ) to fully understand your lifestyle needs, what's working now and what needs to be improved. Our goal is to gather the information we need to begin to plan for an exceptional outcome, while avoiding costly mistakes and time wasted. We also spend some time discussing how you prefer to work, what the design process might look like as you work with our firm, the investment range to consider, the timeframe we believe we need to execute your design for excellence, and ways we save you time and money. We aim for you to feel confident in the value we bring to your project, trust the process, and know that we are advocating for an excellent outcome for you and your family. This time may also be spent on providing solutions to design dilemmas that you will implement. The virtual consultation session is up to 90 minutes. If you are in the Houston area, please note that we are currently taking on only large scale decorating/furnishings projects with a minimum budget requirement, design only projects of any size and consultation only projects.
