Our Remodel Support Service Menu is designed to assist you at every stage of the remodel, renovation or new build process. You may choose one or more of the service options from a brainstorm session to plan review to whole house materials and finish selections with 3D renderings. We meticulously review your plans (if you choose this option) and make recommendations for better flow and functionality based on your lifestyle needs. We ​source and curate all the materials and finish selections for every part of the project. This includes the exterior selections such as roof, siding, stone, brick, light fixtures, gutters, and all interior selections such as cabinetry, flooring, countertop, tile, lighting, appliances, paint colors, trim details. We present all materials and finishes in a full presentation that includes materials samples and 3D renderings for your approval, and make revisions as needed. Once approved, we create a detailed spec sheet with all items linked for your builder to procure for the project. We are happy to procure and manage certain items like decorative plumbing and light fixtures and hardware.
