A brand new builder basic living space in Katy TX was completely remodeled and transformed into a maximalist retreat, loaded with all the favorite and treasured pieces of the homeowner. Every surface was upgraded an elevated: from the porcelain tile parquet flooring, to the built-in bookcases to house a vast collection of books, to the antelope carpet, the space is a great departure from the basic finishes that the builder installed.
